Summary: Great room and location right at the top of the steps that lead to the beach. The breakfast buffet was also good. Our only issue was getting a hot shower. 3 of the 4 days we stayed the showers were cold.

Summary: We had a great stay at Il Duca for 4 nights. Perfect location to explore Tropea. The room was spacious and very clean. Franca welcomed us later in the evening due to our arrival time and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast is across the road at a little cafe which had a small basic selection but was enough given how much food you eat in this area throughout the day. The room comes with all extra little conveniences such as beach towels, parasol, mini fridge etc, they have thought of it all. The only things to take note of for those it may be important to: - There are a few steep stairs to get to the room for those with mobility issues it could be a problem - Parking - can be a little difficult due to the ZTL zone so you may not park very close to the B&B - still manageable if low amounts of luggage - Wifi is there, however due to likely the thick walls or bandwith reach, it is not always the best (more for those that may be working while there Apart from that, we loved everything about it and will definitely return. Summary: Rooms were very clean and spacious, had a great variety for breakfast Location was perfect to the main attractions in Tropea and to the beach. Lots of waling options to restaurants and cafe's.

Summary: The B&B is in the perfect location! Near all the restaurants and bars as well as the different beaches. Checkin was easy. The room was fantastic! A great view, a couch, a great bathroom and a really comfortable bed. It’s so quiet too! We slept really well here. Sonia does a great job cleaning the rooms too!

Summary: Our stay at Il Duca was fantastic. Close to the city centre and to the beach and lots of restaurants. Yes the stairs are quite steep, but you can do it. Our host. Sonia was very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.
